Come Sail Permissions

Visual: A young mixed-race man of 30 with strong Chinese heritage. About 5'7", black hair and Asian features. Skinny, in the way of a diet with very little processed foods, but densely packed with muscles. Keeps his hair short and styled neatly with pomade, clean-shaved and well-dressed, usually in a shirt and jacket, but will occasionally switch it up and wear a vest, but rarely a tie; prefers suspenders over a belt. He's got a few scars here and there; lots around his knuckles and hands especially from some time spent as a boxer, and a nose that's mostly broken on the inside rather than visually.
There's also a permanent set of bruises around his neck, that very explicitly look like hands strangling him that crushes his trachea. He will usually try to hide these.
Voice: Mid-range, trending high, with a strong 1930s Boston accentwhich I have no idea how to write. Speaks Cantonese as well, and while his accent for it is atrocious, his fluency is native.

Romance/flirting: Parker is a shining beacon of boyish charm when he wants to be, and also extremely gay. He'll take anyone as far as his bedroom door before he reveals the news.
Physical violence: Please. Parker was the brawns in the brain-brawns duo of Lester and Yang, Private Investigators, he will be so ready to punch things.
Injury: Absolutely, let's coordinate that shit!

While Parker himself is adjacent at best to the general story of Malevolent, he is a mixed-race gay man from the 1930s and accustomed to violence. He's extremely used to being a victim of prejudice and will often react pre-emptively if he feels like he's being viewed in such a way, often with violence or bright and cheerful threats thereof.
As a member of a Lovecraft media he's also familiar with cults, kidnappings, severe violence, missing persons and deaths relating to; and while less directly, there's also the chance of discussing eldritch gods and psychotic breaks.
